As a bootstrapped and profitable company with no investors in the cap table, we are free to do what makes sense from the business, tech and product perspective. NB: This is a contract-based position. We are a fully remote company and welcome applicants from anywhere in the world—please disregard the listed countries, which are included only due to system requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or B2B tech environments
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects/clients with competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management — able to align internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external clients
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Comfortable working with project tracking tools
• Data-driven mindset — able to define, track, and report on project KPIs and timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus, e.g., Russian, Spanish, Portuguese)

Domain knowledge (nice to have)

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Meta Business ecosystem, or messaging/CRM platforms
• Understanding of B2B client onboarding and campaign/funnel implementation processes

Soft skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving product environment

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding end-to-end — WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, and technical integration (API, CRM/Salesforce)
• Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including template classification, scheduling, and delivery troubleshooting
• Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, running status calls and managing escalations
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status tracking
• Identify process gaps and contribute to onboarding/sendout playbooks

Budget

The budget range for this role is €3.000/Month – €3.500/Month, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
