Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound

Your Role:

• Helps to maintain documentation of clinical application usage, performance metrics, and user feedback, working under general supervision.
• Adapts to evolving technological advancements and user requirements through ongoing professional development and training initiatives, ensuring proficiency in new applications and features.
• Assists in resolving generic processes within established procedures promptly and proficiently, applying basic application knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve challenges swiftly.
• Populates and maintains knowledge bases and support resources with up-to-date information and best practices, supporting efficient and effective use of clinical applications.
• Supports the preparation of detailed reports and presentations on clinical application performance, utilization metrics, and recommendations for optimizing workflow and outcomes.
• Provides basic and advanced technical support to resolve basic application issues, ensuring continuous operational reliability.
• Develops familiarity with a wide range of tasks and procedures, executing tasks of dissimilar or varied nature.
•Should be able to successfully demonstrate the different Ultrasound product portfolio to the customers

You're the Right Fit If:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering & Radiology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate should be based in Vijayawada and willing to travel, conduct hospital visits, and work onsite as required.

How we work together:


We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

  • Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. 
  • Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
  • This role is an office-based role.
