Cybersecurity

Cracken is an Applied AI Lab for Proactive Cybersecurity, built by AI researchers, cyber-warfare-experienced operators, and alumni of MIT, Kyiv Polytechnic, EPFL, RSAC, HackerOne, Recorded Future, CrowdStrike, and others. AI is collapsing time-to-exploit of a full attack path — not just an isolated AppSec or pentest finding. For banks, fintechs, healthcare, and critical enterprises, the problem is no longer finding more issues. It is proving which attack paths can actually break the business — and remediating them before they become incidents. But commercial AI is not built for this. Adversarial exposure validation requires systems that operate safely under human command, without constant refusals, loss of control, or weak auditability. Cracken is building an AI-native, full-kill-chain proactive cybersecurity platform for this purpose from the ground up — models and harness. We help security teams validate real attack paths, manage exposure across technical systems, humans, and AI, and drive class-level remediation. Proof over promise: auditable, proven security resilience in an era of AI-enabled threats.

Job description

ABOUT US

Cracken is an applied AI lab built by ex–nation-state operators and AI researchers, delivering the world's first Uncensored Vibe Hacking platform that safely amplifies security teams and gives enterprises proven, auditable security resilience.

WHOM WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Technical Content Writer with a strong cybersecurity background to own how we explain our technology to the world. You'll turn deep, complex security and AI work into content that's credible to practitioners and compelling to a broader audience — the primary voice behind our technical writing, not a general marketing generalist.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own technical content strategy and production end-to-end

  • Write technical blog posts, deep-dive explainers, whitepapers, and product breakdowns based on security research and engineering work

  • Translate complex security workflows and AI concepts into clear, accurate, credible writing for a technical audience

  • Work directly with founders, researchers, and engineers to source material and validate accuracy

  • Adapt long-form technical content into shorter pieces for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other channels

  • Identify trends, research, and news hooks in cyber & AI worth writing about

  • Support conference presence with technical write-ups and post-event content

  • Track content performance and iterate based on what resonates with a technical audience

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related hybrid role

  • Must have hands-on cybersecurity experience or background — a security practitioner's understanding of the space, not writing from the outside looking in

  • Proven track record writing technical content — real published examples of deep-dive posts, explainers, or documentation, not just marketing copy

  • Experience working with top-tier cybersecurity media (e.g. The Hacker News, Dark Reading, BleepingComputer, SecurityWeek, CyberScoop, Krebs on Security)

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content and research workflows

  • Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to write for both technical and general audiences

  • Ability to organize a lightweight content pipeline, including calendar, sourcing, and timelines

  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset; comfortable operating in an early-stage startup

CONTENT TYPES & CHANNELS

Experience with:

  • Technical blog posts, whitepapers, and deep-dive explainers

  • Company blog and website
