Job SummaryThe HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Loenbro’s HR technology applications, with a primary focus on the Greenhouse talent acquisition platform and its integrations with other business systems. This role serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology, business systems teams, application vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure HR technology solutions effectively support organizational needs.
The HRIS Analyst will manage application configuration and security, coordinate system updates and enhancements, develop and execute testing plans, support integrations, and help identify creative technology solutions that improve HR processes and the employee and candidate experience.
This role requires a strong understanding of HR and Talent Management processes, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
