Job Summary:

Primary responsibility of this position is the support and maintenance of the HRIS (UKG). This individual serves as a technical point of contact for HR and payroll and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Additional duties include supporting system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
  • Assist with third-party vendors and other stakeholders (e.g., payroll and IT).
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing business needs.
  • Help maintain data integrity in HR systems by running queries, performing audits, and analyzing data.
  • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Support system users on new processes and functionality.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS, with a focus on product and service development, delivery, support, and emerging technologies.
  • Continuously increase HR and HRIS application/tools knowledge through professional development, product resources, and industry forums.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of HRIS experience or two to four years of HR generalist or specialist experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • System implementation experience preferred
  • HRIS experience required; UKG preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
  • Ability to work within a globally distributed organization.
  • Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prepare, prioritize, and complete work.
  • Fully remote position.
  • Required work schedule: U.S. Pacific Time Zone hours, currently 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM IST. Work hours may shift by approximately one hour at certain times of the year to maintain alignment with Pacific Time.
