Job Title: Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager

Position Overview

The Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and order processing, to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer and business orders. This role will implement and manage warehouse management systems, safety procedures, and compliance standards while driving operational excellence. The Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Additionally, this role will manage warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high productivity and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of leading a high-performing warehouse team to support the company’s growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and order processing
  • Implements warehouse management systems and processes to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Manages warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain productivity standards
  • Implements safety procedures and maintains compliance with warehouse safety regulations
  • Develops and monitors warehouse operational KPIs for continuous improvement
  • Manages warehouse space utilization and layout optimization to maximize efficiency and capacity
  • Oversees order fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and timely processing

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (professional certification such as APICS, CPIM, or CSCP preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in warehouse management, fulfillment operations, or logistics, preferably in ecommerce, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead warehouse teams with strong scheduling, training, and performance management skills.
  • Experience in warehouse layout design, space optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in warehouse operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to track and act on KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments including supply chain, operations, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
