Ready to lead in a fast-paced, ever-changing MSP environment? As Team Lead, Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be in the middle of the action, building and leading a team that keeps quotes moving, orders flowing, and vendors and clients talking to the right people at the right time. No two days are alike, shifting priorities, and you'll be the steady hand that keeps the team focused, trained, and proactive.

You know how to: 

  • Build and lead a Sales Operations team by training new team members on products, tools, and process, and being available as their go-to resource throughout the day.
  • Manage a high volume of requests with constantly shifting priorities, while coaching your team, and  staying on track.
  • Produce data for sales team, including but not limited to, forecasting, stack ranking, territory management.
  • Own the day-to-day workflow across and determine priorities
  • Quote internal offeringsand follow up with order approvals.
  • Track Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring new clients complete and sign required paperwork.
  • Communicate directly with procurement and finance contacts to keep orders and approvals moving.
  • Stay proactive during downtime — training yourteam, andmaintaining regular communication cadences with vendor partners so you can relay what's new and relevant back to the team.
  • Maintain and update sales opportunities in the ConnectWise program.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, data management software, business intelligence tools. 
  • Support and unblock your team throughout the day, jumping in wherever help is needed.

Who you are

You're a natural leader who thrives on variety. You want to be hands-on: building quotes, working directly with vendors and clients, and coaching a team through a high volume of requests and constant change. You have sharp attention to detail, you're comfortable being the go-to resource our sales team can rely on, and you're excited to learn new products.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar administration/coordination role, ideally within IT, MSP, or a related technology environment.
  • Prior experience training, mentoring, or leading others – whether as a formal people manager or information go to resource on a team, with the ability to stay patient andclear when priorities shift quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through with the ability to manage a high volume of requests (quotes, orders, vendor communications) accurately and without letting things fall through the cracks.

Pay and Benefits:   

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.  

The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.
