En MDY estamos buscando tu talento para el cargo de: ASESOR CLARO MASIVO HFC TÉCNICO - 100% REMOTO

NO VENTAS

✨ Objetivo del puesto: Brindar soporte a clientes respecto a sus consultas técnicas de cable, internet y telefonía a través de descartes y procedimientos indicados.

🕒 Horario:

Turno tarde (8 hrs. de gestión + 1 hr de break) 14:00 a 23:00 // 15:00 a 00:00
Descanso: Rotativo

💰 Beneficios:

Pago: S/1130.00
Bono de productividad: S/200.00
Bono de internet: S/26.00
Pago de Capacitación: S/350.00

🎓 Capacitación EN REMOTO:

21 días capacitación (se pagará durante la capacitación)
Horario de capacitación: Lunes a Sábado de 1PM a 8PM (1hr de break)

📍 Modalidad: 100% Remoto
