Our work spans strategic project leadership, forecasting, leadership reporting, and operational process improvement.

Dedicated to delivering "Jobs Done Well", we thrive at the intersection of account management, finance, and operations — turning complex business challenges into actionable, data-backed solutions.

What you’ll do

The Senior Analyst, Services Operations drives strategic initiatives across Angi Services ensuring profitable operations and alignment with broader Angi initiatives. This role leads special projects, strengthens reporting and forecasting, ensures revenue transparency, and improves operational processes.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, own regular leadership reporting and decks, and continuously refine methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Revenue Transparency & Reconciliation: Design and own the processes that ensure proper partner payment reconciliation — including standing up new workflows, triaging discrepancies, and operationalizing hand-offs to Accounting.

  • Operational Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting and financial processes, propose solutions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Ops, Product, Care, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to execute strategic initiatives, track their impact, and resolve ad-hoc business needs. Serve as a strategic thought leader on how your lines of business fit into Angi's broader direction.
