These positions are for High Volume Talent Pipeline Sourcer not Recruiter positions.
About the Role:
The Talent Pipeline Sourcer is a high-impact sourcing professional responsible for building and delivering qualified talent pipelines to support high-volume hiring across multiple job disciplines and U.S.-based sites. This role balances proactive pipeline development with immediate hiring support, ensuring recruiters and hiring managers have access to strong, diverse talent pools for both current and future workforce needs.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers, you will develop multi-channel sourcing strategies across a broad range of functions, including engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, business, and other critical skill areas. You will manage multiple priorities simultaneously, shifting sourcing focus based on business demand, hiring volume, workforce plans, and emerging talent needs.
This is a hands-on sourcing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys the hunt- identifying candidates others may not find, engaging passive talent, building communities before requisitions open, and turning market insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-volume, multi-channel sourcing strategies to support hiring across multiple job disciplines, functions, and U.S.-based locations.
• Manage multiple sourcing priorities simultaneously, adjusting strategies and focus based on hiring demand, business priorities, workforce plans, and requisition volume.
• Identify, engage, and qualify active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, professional communities, industry networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build ready-now and ready-next talent pipelines for both high-volume hiring needs and critical or hard-to-fill skill areas.
• Develop and maintain segmented talent communities within Eightfold aligned to specific skills, disciplines, geographic markets, and anticipated hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate, pipeline, sourcing activity, and engagement data within the ATS and CRM.
• Track and analyze sourcing KPIs including pipeline volume, candidate quality, response rates, conversion rates, source effectiveness, speed-to-slate, and pipeline-to-hire
performance.
• Monitor pipeline health and proactively identify gaps requiring additional sourcing activity.
• Support sourcing campaigns, interview events, recruiting events, and other accelerated hiring initiatives as needed.
• Support sourcing across a broad range of job disciplines and levels, with the ability to quickly learn new skill requirements and talent markets.
• Provide sourcing support across multiple U.S.-based sites and geographic markets, adapting strategies to local talent availability and competitive conditions.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements, talent profiles, hiring volumes, and geographic considerations.
Required Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment, RPO, or large-scale recruiting organization, with direct experience in candidate sourcing and/or recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience sourcing candidates in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing multiple pipelines, stakeholders, hiring initiatives, and competing priorities within tight timelines.
• 3+ years of experience supporting multiple job disciplines, functions, locations, or business areas.
• 3+ years of experience using candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or comparable tools.
• 3+ years of experience with Boolean search skills with demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and develop relationships with passive candidates.
• 3+ years of experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform to manage candidate activity, pipelines, and sourcing outcomes.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced recruiting environment with changing business and hiring priorities.
Desired Skills:
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring across multiple U.S. sites or geographic markets.
• Experience sourcing technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, or other specialized talent.
• Experience building proactive talent pipelines or talent communities in advance of current or anticipated hiring demand.
• Experience with Eightfold, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise talent acquisition platforms.
• Experience using talent intelligence, labor market analysis, or compensation benchmarking tools to inform sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Understanding of recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate engagement, or talent community strategies.
• Experience using sourcing metrics and recruiting data to evaluate pipeline performance, identify trends, and improve recruiting outcomes.
