Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a proactive, resourceful and customer-focused Facilities Manager to support the corporate site of an Australian blue-chip organisation in Hawthorn East

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, managing contractors, overseeing preventative & reactive maintenance activities, while delivering an exceptional workplace experience. 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Keeping the site running smoothly through effective preventative and reactive maintenance management 
  • Managing contractors and service providers to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard 
  • Acting as the key facilities contact for workplace and operational issues 
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business 
  • Ensuring compliance, safety and maintenance obligations are met 
  • Supporting budgets, purchase orders, invoicing and reporting 
  • Improving workplace experience for employees and visitors 
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and site performance 

What We're Looking For 

  • Experience in Facilities Management, Facilities Coordination or Maintenance Coordination 
  • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills 
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes 
  • Experience within corporate, commercial property, retail or facilities environments is essential
