Job description

About the Company

The Jasco Group is a dynamic, multi-brand business operating across business-to-business, direct-to-consumer, pureplay and omnichannel retail environments. As part of our continued digital expansion, eCommerce is a key strategic growth channel for the Group, supporting both trade and consumer customers through integrated online solutions.

Our digital platforms play a critical role in delivering seamless purchasing experiences, strengthening customer relationships and driving long-term growth across all divisions.

Joining our fast-paced, growth-focused eCommerce team, the eCommerce Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational integrity and technical execution of our online platforms.

This role ensures product data accuracy, promotional setup, platform functionality and overall website performance across multiple digital storefronts. Working closely with Marketing, Product, IT and external development partners, you will support platform configuration, integration management, testing of new functionality and ongoing website optimisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-driven, technically confident eCommerce professional who thrives in a multi-channel environment and enjoys improving systems, solving problems and contributing to digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Catalogue Management

  • Create, edit and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, variants, attributes).

  • Manage and merchandise collections across websites.

  • Ensure data accuracy, content consistency and adherence to platform standards.

Website Operations & Promotions

  • Schedule and publish website promotions (discount rules, sale setup, landing pages, banners).

  • Support technical implementation of campaigns and onsite updates.

  • Conduct detailed QA testing across product pages, collections and promotional builds.

Platform Maintenance & Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot website issues and log bugs with developers/platform support.

  • Support platform configuration and assist with ongoing Shopify Plus optimisation.

  • Assist with ERP integration support and data flow integrity.

  • Maintain technical SEO elements (metadata, redirects, indexing basics).

  • Support feed management tools and prepare for future marketplace expansion.

  • Assist with UAT for new functionality and platform updates.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce sales and website performance reports using Google Analytics and platform reporting.

  • Identify operational efficiencies and site improvement opportunities.

Platforms & Tools

  • Shopify Plus

  • ERP systems

  • Adobe Commerce

  • Google Analytics

  • Feed management tools

  • Spreadsheet and reporting tools

  • SEO reporting tools (e.g. SEM rush etc)

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce coordination, digital merchandising, platform administration, or a related online retail support role.

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, or comparable eCommerce platforms.

  • Strong product catalogue management experience, including product setup, variants, attributes, promotions, and content updates.

  • Exposure to ERP-integrated environments with an understanding of how systems, platforms, and data flows connect across the eCommerce ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude — able to understand platform logic, integrations, and troubleshooting workflows, with the curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new systems.

  • Comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of website administration, from setup and configuration through QA, issue resolution, and ongoing optimisation.

  • A technical, systems-oriented mindset — this role is suited to someone who enjoys improving platform functionality and process efficiency, rather than purely executing day-to-day trading operations.

  • Understanding of website architecture, basic technical SEO, and onsite performance best practices.

  • Experience working with developers, external agencies, or platform support teams to resolve issues and implement updates.

  • Strong reporting and analytical capability, including experience with Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and platform reporting tools.

  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and methodical, with a strong QA discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
