  • Build a deep understanding of each client’s business strategy, market dynamics, operating model, technology environment, regulatory priorities, and long-term objectives.

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive client strategy and account plan that identifies priorities, relationship opportunities, risks, growth opportunities, and executive engagement needs.

  • Serve as the voice of the client within SS&C Health, ensuring client priorities and concerns are understood and addressed across Product, Technology, Operations, Implementation, Sales, Finance, and other teams.

  • Provide executive oversight of the overall client experience and ensure SS&C consistently delivers against contractual commitments, strategic priorities, and client expectations.

  • Proactively identify relationship, operational, delivery, and commercial risks and mobilize the appropriate internal leaders before issues materially impact the client.

  • Lead executive governance, business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and other senior-level client interactions.

  • Ability to translate client business objectives into actionable priorities for internal product, technology, operations, and service teams.

  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting client retention, renewals, account expansion, and strategic growth.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and mobilize cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.

  • Strong judgment and ability to recognize emerging client risks, determine when executive intervention is needed, and drive issues to resolution.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience preferred.
