ImageRight Engineer - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking an ImageRight Engineer for a contract position with a Major Insurance Company located in San Antonio, TX. This position is fully remote.

Compensation: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role will support a highly integrated, enterprise-wide ImageRight document management and workflow system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support, including a necessary version upgrade and ongoing integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure ImageRight through the Enterprise Management Console
• Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Workflow Studio
• Design, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support ImageRight import processes, including email, scanning, FUP, and COLD imports
• Provide production support, including issue investigation, resolution, root-cause analysis, and communication with stakeholders
• Partner with business users, application teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions

Primary Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ImageRight versions 7.0 and 25R1
• Demonstrated experience configuring ImageRight through the Enterprise Management Console and designing, developing, and maintaining workflows using Workflow Studio
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the ImageRight database, including database structure, tables, schemas, relationships, and writing queries to support reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Experience working with the ImageRight Desktop and Browser Client, with an understanding of the key features, functionality, and configuration of each
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting ImageRight import processes
• Working knowledge of ImageRight REST APIs and SignalR, including their application in integrations and system functionality
• Experience developing or scripting with one or more of the following: C#, .NET, Visual Basic, and PowerShell
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments, including the installation, configuration, and support of ImageRight components
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues using ImageRight logs, server logs, and application information
• Experience providing production support, including issue investigation, resolution, and root-cause analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and its use in developing, debugging, and maintaining applications or integrations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with business and technical teams
