The Contract Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple manufacturing sites.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques. 

  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. 

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. 

  • Present qualified candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers. 

  • Manage offer development, negotiations, and acceptance processes. 

  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies. 

  • Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open requisitions. 

  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday). 

Experience, Skills, Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruitment required, with specialty in production, operations, maintenance, and light industrial preferred.

  • Applicant tracking system experience required, Workday preferred.

  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. 

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques. 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet recruiting deadlines required.

  • Ability to travel <10% nationwide.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range:

$35-$45/hr

Final hourly pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity.
