Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are looking for a proactive and intellectually curious Family Law Executive Assistant to support a growing family law practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing daily operations, and helping a busy attorney stay organized and productive. You will serve as a key point of contact for communications, scheduling, email management, and administrative coordination while also helping improve systems and workflows. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, eager to learn new skills, and excited about growing alongside a collaborative and supportive legal practice. • Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,060 to 1,150 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide dependable support in a fast-paced legal environment

• Assist with workflow organization and process improvements

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization

• Ensure timely follow-up on communications and tasks

• Support client intake activities as responsibilities expand

• Coordinate and maintain calendars and appointments

• Maintain and configure Clio as needed

• Collaborate with legal staff to support ongoing case-related administrative needs

• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation

• Help implement and manage future AI-based automations

• Schedule meetings and manage related logistics

• Take and relay accurate messages

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls

• Support day-to-day administrative operations

• Monitor and manage the attorney’s email inbox

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience working as an executive or administrative assistant in a law firm

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Interest in learning new processes, technologies, and legal support functions

• Experience handling client communications and administrative workflows preferred

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Expected call volume: Light (1-5 calls per day on average)

- CRM: Clio
- VOIP: Google Voice/DialPad
- Email/Calendar: Google Suite

Work Shift:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [MST][MDT] (United States of America)
