About the Role

As a Compensation Advisor, you will provide advanced compensation expertise, guidance, and analysis to support HR Partners and business leaders. You will lead and contribute to complex reward initiatives, helping ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. This role combines analytical rigor with stakeholder partnership to support compensation strategy, program delivery, and informed decision-making across the organization. **Must reside in EST or CST

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and counsel to HR Partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures through survey market reviews and proactive pay equity analysis, collaborating with the broader HR team.
  • Research and analyze reward data and market trends to ensure compensation programs and reward packages continue to remain competitive to meet organizational objectives and business needs.
  • Support HR Partners and business leaders through pay review cycles.
  • Monitor competitive market trends, review compensation legislation, and assess organizational positioning.
  • Addresses reward inquiries through myHR case management, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Contribute to incentive program design, HR frameworks, stakeholder engagement activities, HR data management, and job evaluation processes.

Requirements

  • Expertise in the design, implementation, and support of compensation and rewards programs that include job evaluation, job architecture, competitive compensation analysis, pay for performance, and pay equity analytics.
  • Knowledge of compensation analysis, salary administration, and market benchmarking practices.
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures while providing specialist advice to stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting annual pay review and incentive program processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex HR and compensation data.
  • Strong advisory and counseling skills on reward matters.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining awareness of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for MD is $100,100 - $166,800. Base Pay Range for NY is $104,800 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for New York City is $114,300 - $190,500. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $95,300 - $158,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $90,500 - $150,900. Base Pay Range for NJ is $112,574- $179,826.


This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
