Job Overview

Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Cloud ERP Implementation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through innovative cloud software solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support team members in ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to observe and understand client business processes.
  • Assist with data-related tasks such as mapping, cleansing, and validation under guidance.
  • Help prepare training materials and documentation for system users.
  • Shadow consultants during client meetings and project planning sessions.
  • Learn ERP system functionality (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and team collaboration efforts.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
  • Expected Graduation May 2028

Additional Information

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Available for 10-week Summer 2027 internship (June through August)

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role is $25 per hour. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
