About the role:

Our Infrastructure Services team in Sofia & Varna is looking for you!

Join a team that manages and supports enterprise-scale Windows Server and virtualization environments for global clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining highly available infrastructure platforms, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the delivery of critical business services.

As a Windows & Virtualization Engineer, you will work across Windows Server technologies, VMware and Nutanix virtualization platforms, networking solutions, and infrastructure automation. You will have the opportunity to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives, and collaborate with international teams supporting Fortune 500 customers.

Daily Challenges:

  • Administering and supporting enterprise Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows clustering services.
  • Supporting and maintaining VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and Nutanix AHV platforms.
  • Managing and troubleshooting software-defined networking and load-balancing solutions, including VMware NSX, VMware Avi Load Balancer, Nutanix Flow, and related networking services.
  • Monitoring infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable and reliable operations.
  • Performing infrastructure lifecycle activities, including patching, upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and security remediation.
  • Investigating and resolving complex infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and performance-related incidents.
  • Participating in change management activities and implementing infrastructure improvements.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
  • Collaborating with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Supporting automation initiatives and operational efficiency improvements through scripting and infrastructure management tools.

eXperience and skills required:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration.
  • Hands-on expertise with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows clustering technologies.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter administration.
  • Experience with Nutanix AHV and Prism administration.
  • Strong understanding of virtualization, server infrastructure, and enterprise data center environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and performance-related issues.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and system health management.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Fluent English.


  Nice to Have:

  • Experience with VMware NSX and software-defined networking technologies.
  • Experience with VMware Avi Load Balancer or other enterprise load-balancing solutions.
  • Experience with Nutanix Flow networking and security technologies.
  • PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation experience.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms.
  • Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud and hybrid cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or similar).
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • VMware, Nutanix, or Microsoft certifications.
