Position Summary

The Ecommerce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales platforms. This role ensures products, content, customer experience, and backend systems work together seamlessly to drive revenue, improve performance, and maintain operational excellence across all ecommerce channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Website & Platform Management
    • Create, maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and digital assets across Adobe Commerce ecommerce platform.
    • Monitor site functionality and coordinate fixes with developers.
    • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, SKU management, and categorization.
  • Content & Merchandising
    • Upload product images, videos, and copy, ensuring SEO best practices are met.
    • Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal merchandising updates.
    • Optimize product pages for usability, conversion, and search visibility.
  • Order & Customer Management
    • Oversee order flow from purchase to fulfillment and troubleshoot issues.
    • Coordinate with purchasing regarding pricing and inventory discrepancies.
    • Support customer service teams with product or order-related escalations.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvement through data analysis.
  • Marketing & SEO Support
    • Support digital marketing initiatives including edits and new coms page creation.
    • Manage onsite SEO elements—meta descriptions, tags, product keywords.
  • Systems & Tools
    • Assist in onboarding new tools and technologies to enhance ecommerce operations.
  • Model the Company’s values to influence others to perform in an aligned manner.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic HTML/CSS (nice to have)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of ecommerce or digital operations experience.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Wordpress, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable analyzing data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, operations, IT, customer service).
