Job description

The Associate Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in how prospects and customers experience company's before they ever use the product.

A core responsibility of this role is owning and evolving the company's interactive product demos. You’ll curate demo experiences that showcase our strongest capabilities, translate new product releases into compelling product stories, and tailor experiences around the use cases, industries, and personas we serve.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll also support sales enablement, product launches, competitive and customer research, and product marketing content. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to deeply understand the product and turn that knowledge into experiences and materials that make the company's value easy to understand.

What you’ll do

  • Own the company's interactive demo program, including the ongoing strategy, creation, curation, maintenance, and optimization of interactive product experiences.

  • Build interactive demos that translate the company's capabilities into clear, compelling customer stories—not simply product walkthroughs.

  • Continuously update demos as the product evolves so prospects and customers see the company's newest and most valuable capabilities.

  • Develop demo experiences around priority personas, industries, use cases, and customer pain points, determining which capabilities and workflows will resonate most with each audience.

  • Partner closely with Product and the Director of Product Marketing to understand upcoming enhancements and determine how they should be incorporated into existing or new demo experiences.

  • Create realistic demo content, scenarios, workflows, and environments that help prospects see themselves using our software.

  • Develop storyboards and scripts that can be repurposed across interactive demos, product videos, website experiences, campaigns, and sales enablement.

  • Maintain a clear inventory of demos, intended audiences, featured capabilities, and product dependencies to ensure experiences remain accurate and current.

  • Regularly audit demos for outdated UI, messaging, content, workflows, and product functionality.

  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to identify common prospect questions and high-value use cases that should be reflected in interactive experiences.

  • Use demo engagement, website conversion, sales feedback, and other performance data to identify where demos can be improved.

  • Test different demo narratives, entry points, calls to action, and product stories to improve engagement and conversion.

  • Establish repeatable processes for updating interactive demos alongside product releases so demo experiences don't fall behind the product.
