Marketing Associate

Location: Full-Time Remote (Nearshore applicants preferred from Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Honduras)
Salary: $1,500 USD per month
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, this role is a great opportunity to make an impact and help drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn
• Create visually engaging content using Canva
• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve online visibility
• Execute outbound messaging and marketing cadences to attract potential clients
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, SEO, and outbound messaging
• Strong ability to create and manage effective marketing content
• Self-motivated and energetic, with a proactive approach to generating new business
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
