Position Summary
The Product Development Senior Advisor provides strategic and operational leadership across the development, implementation, and maintenance of ACA and Stand-Alone Dental product and contract initiatives within a complex, highly regulated environment. This role leads the development and ongoing maintenance of customer contract language for ACA and Stand Alone Dental plans, partners closely with legal, state filing, compliance, actuarial, operations, and executive stakeholders to address form objections and implement regulatory changes, and assesses the end-to-end impact of evolving state and federal mandates on product, pricing, operations, and member-facing materials. The position also supports the development of new ACA and Stand-Alone Dental products through launch, identifies risks and implementation barriers early in the plan development cycle, collaborates with Marketing on broker and member communications, and helps establish operational guidelines and portfolio objectives. As a recognized subject matter expert, the Senior Advisor manages mid-size projects, provides leadership on complex assignments, and applies strong judgment, creativity, and business acumen to drive initiatives and advise functional leaders across the organization.
