Staffing & Recruiting

At Ampersand Therapy, our roots in Special Education drive our mission to transform the way skilled staff connect with school districts. Our commitment to ethical practices, transparent communication, and a strong emphasis on social equity and sustainability sets us apart. As a small, women, minority, and therapist founded and run company, we bring a personalized touch to staffing solutions, prioritizing the needs of both students and professionals. Our journey began within the school system, where we worked as district and contract employees. Frustrated by the limitations of larger staffing companies, we built a team of dedicated specialists who share our vision for a more supportive, inclusive, and impactful work environment. We know the demands of your role because we’ve been there ourselves, and our unique perspective allows us to offer meaningful support and mentorship, especially for those just entering this field. Driven by our passion for students, we’re often right alongside you, actively working in schools and making a difference. At Ampersand Therapy, we’re dedicated to building strong partnerships that support educators, students, and communities alike.
