About the Role
Hello, Physical Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time, fully remote Physical Therapist (PT) to support students enrolled in an online school program in Colorado.
In this role, you’ll provide school-based physical therapy services virtually, helping students address mobility, positioning, functional movement, and access needs that impact their educational participation. You’ll collaborate remotely with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers to support students in accessing their educational program safely and successfully.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for a flexible, fully remote school-based position with part-time hours.

What You’ll Do
Provide virtual school-based physical therapy evaluations, treatment, and consultation
Address students’ mobility, positioning, functional movement, and access needs
Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
Collaborate virtually with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
Participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed
Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, positioning supports, and environmental modifications
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
What We’re Looking For
Active Colorado Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
CDE Special Service Provider (SSP) endorsement required or in progress
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to provide effective services in a fully remote environment
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and manage a part-time virtual caseload
