Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience.

• Strong experience building production-ready, responsive Webflow websites from Figma.

• Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, reusable components, variables, and scalable class naming.

• Strong working knowledge of Finsweet Attributes, including CMS Filter, CMS Load, CMS Sort, CMS Combine, and advanced collection-list use cases

• Good command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with Webflow Interactions, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.

• Experience with APIs, forms, CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party integrations.

• Strong understanding of website performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.

• Strong attention to visual detail, responsive behaviour, and UX quality.

• Experience working with designers, project managers, and clients.

• Strong portfolio of Webflow projects.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, production-ready Webflow websites from detailed Figma designs.

• Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, and structured class naming.

• Build and manage CMS-driven websites with clean architecture.

• Develop polished interactions and animations using Webflow, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.

• Implement custom functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Integrate websites with forms, APIs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and third-party services.

• Optimise websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.

• Perform QA across browsers, devices, breakpoints, CMS content, and interactions.

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients from development through launch.

• Take ownership of technical execution while maintaining high design quality.
