They’re now looking for a Junior Amazon Data & FBA Specialist (Reimbursement) to join their growing team in the Philippines.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be part of the operations team, supporting sourcing cost data accuracy and inventory reimbursement tracking within Amazon Seller Central. Your key tasks will include:
- Maintain and continuously keep sourcing cost data accurate inside Amazon Seller Central.
Retrieve, organize, and upload required proof and documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, proof of delivery) whenever requested by Amazon. - Open, track, and manage routine documentation and workflow cases through to full resolution.
- Maintain a running log of shipment data, discrepancies, and case statuses accurately.
- Follow strict written standard operating procedures (SOPs) without cutting corners on repetitive tasks.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong proficiency in written English to communicate clearly in case notes and documentation.
Excellent basic computer literacy and comfort navigating web-based tools and databases. - Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to maintain continuous accuracy during repetitive tasks over long periods.
- High commitment to following precise, step-by-step written instructions without needing to be told twice.
- Openness to learning, receptive to feedback, and comfortable undergoing a close onboarding and quality-check process during the initial months.
- Open to Fresh Graduates looking to build a foundation in e-commerce operations
Bonus Points For
- Awareness or willingness to quickly learn e-commerce navigation (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
- Prior experience in an FBA reimbursement, inventory reconciliation, or 3PL/freight claims role
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or transportation management systems (TMS)
- Experience building reconciliation tools or automations (advanced Excel formulas, Google Apps Script, etc.) to flag discrepancies at scale as shipment volume grows
