Job description

Business Development Manager (United States)

We are looking for multiple business development managers to help drive growth, product adoption and sales performance in the United States. We sell our products through a network of distributors and resellers worldwide, and the US is an important market for us.

In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with the Area Manager responsible for the territory. You will focus on developing end-user demand, building the sales funnel and increasing awareness of Nureva solutions in your territory.

You are a reliable self-starter who can quickly learn and adapt, and you look forward to the challenge of helping to expand our end-user engagement and market presence.

You will

  • Build end-user demand in the territory, with a clear focus on our customer and finding and developing prospects
  • Position Nureva solutions and present products professionally to end users
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to prioritize accounts, align on plans and advance opportunities
  • Develop opportunities in targeted verticals
  • Provide regular updates on market activity, customer needs and overall territory progress

You have

  • 3 to 8 years’ work experience following completion of a post-secondary degree in business, technology or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop a solid understanding of technology products and customer needs
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent listening skills with a consultative approach to selling
  • An ability to ask good questions and understand customer requirements
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • You are located in Dallas, Houston, DC/Baltimore area, New York City or Toronto
