We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to lead Desk, FareHarbor's modern reseller platform for destination management companies and sophisticated resellers. Desk helps teams search and book and resell inventory, build multi-experience itineraries, handle payments and commissions, and run their daily operations in real time.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of travel experiences, hospitality, payments, and B2B SaaS. You will own a product that is both mission critical for established, high-volume partners and central to FareHarbor's future distribution strategy: extending the reach of our clients' inventory through trusted, in-person and hybrid selling channels.
The Product Manager for this role must be able to bring structure and conviction to a complex environment. You will balance an active legacy migration, real frontline workflow needs, commercial adoption, monetization, and deep ecosystem dependencies. This requires excellent product fundamentals, meaningful industry or adjacent market knowledge, and the confidence to challenge assumptions, make decisions, and align senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Salary Range: $120,557 - $180,835, plus 15% bonus potential
