Business Analyst

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Remote/Hybrid)

Duration: 9 months

Job Summary:

Seeking for a Business Analyst to support the department in adopting electronic reporting by licensed healthcare providers. Responsibilities include clear communication, customer service, understanding business requirements, problem identification, and end-user support. The selected candidate will assist healthcare professionals with onboarding and enrollment, working closely with staff and stakeholders.

  • Perform outreach to facilities to understand reporting workflow and recommend strategies for electronic reporting.
  • Assist external stakeholders in establishing and recovering SSO credentials.
  • Report application defects and escalate issues as needed.
