It’s our vision to transform the way people find what they love by combining technology with the creative touch of style experts. The Stitch Fix experience is not merely curated—it’s truly personalized to each client we style. We are committed to inspiring our clients to look, feel and be their best selves. Founder Katrina Lake created Stitch Fix to blend the human element of personal styling with individually selected clothing and proprietary algorithms. She shipped the first Stitch Fix order (what we call a “Fix”) out of her Cambridge apartment in 2011 while attending Harvard, and today the company has brought convenience and an exclusive shopping experience to millions of men, women and kids throughout the US and UK. At Stitch Fix, we pride ourselves on personal styling for every one and every body. Our thousands of remote stylists, both in the US and UK, are instrumental in building relationships through Fixes that leverage client feedback and data. The secret to Stitch Fix’s success has been a balance of art and science. Our trusted style partners use our proprietary styling platform to help clients near and far find pieces that fit their lifestyle from everyday occasions to special events. We are building a transformative and inclusive e-commerce model focused on convenience and personal style that makes it radically simple and delightful for customers to discover and buy what they love. So ‘Why Stitch Fix?’ In addition to all of our benefits and perks, no matter what department you work with, every member plays a part in paving the way we bring the power of personalization to millions while disrupting the retail industry with innovation and tech on our side. Job description

About Stitch Fix, Inc.

Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) Stitch Fix is redefining retail by combining human creativity with advanced data science and Generative AI. As we build the future of personalized shopping, we’re equally committed to building yours.  We believe in investing in our team as much as our technology. Join us to be a trendsetter in the industry and help us redefine what’s possible for our clients, while we help you reach your full potential.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Social & Content Marketing to join our Brand Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content & Creative Strategy, this role will help bring our content strategy to life across paid and organic social, influencer, and digital channels.

You’ll be a key partner in translating content and creative strategy into execution — managing creative projects, supporting external content production, and connecting creative performance back to future content development. You’ll work closely with Social, Influencer, Growth, Creative, and Brand partners to help build a more connected and effective content ecosystem across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative projects across always-on and integrated campaigns, partnering with Social, Influencer, Growth, Creative, and Brand teams to translate channel and business needs into actionable briefs and move projects from kickoff through timelines, feedback, approvals, asset management, and final delivery.
  • Coordinate external and creator content production, managing briefs, timelines, product and Fix fulfillment, creative reviews, feedback, approvals, asset organization, and delivery while identifying opportunities to amplify strong creator content across paid and organic channels.
  • Support organic social content development through creative briefing, brainstorms, content planning, trend identification, and asset coordination; maintain a pulse on social, creator, and cultural trends and translate relevant opportunities into actionable ideas for Stitch Fix.
  • Connect creative performance to future content development by partnering with paid and organic leads on creative reporting, identifying standout content, key learnings, and opportunities, and owning a monthly roundup that helps inform future briefs, testing, and creative development.
  • Improve and evolve creative workflows by identifying opportunities to strengthen content planning, cross-functional ways of working, and production efficiency. Leverage AI and emerging creative tools to support research, ideation, brief development, synthesis, content variation, and other opportunities to improve the speed and effectiveness of content development.

How AI and tools show up in your day-to-day work:

  • Use AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, to support creative ideation, trend exploration, briefing, content planning, and workflow efficiency.
  • Leverage project management, content, creative, and collaboration tools to manage briefs, timelines, feedback, assets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Learn and apply new technologies and tools that improve creative development, content planning, performance analysis, and collaboration.

About You

This is what you’ll need to succeed in this role from day 1:

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, social media, content marketing, creative production, or a related role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams, agencies, creators, or external production partners.
  • Strong understanding of social-first content and the nuances of developing creative for paid and organic social channels.
  • Creative judgment and curiosity around emerging social, creator, and cultural trends, with the ability to translate relevant trends into actionable content ideas.
  • Ability to use creative performance insights to identify patterns, surface learnings, and inform future content development.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships, consolidate feedback, and move work forward with limited oversight.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and sense of ownership.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, and an interest in using emerging technologies to improve creative processes and outcomes.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in ecommerce, retail, fashion, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience supporting influencer, creator, or external content production programs.
  • Exposure to creative performance reporting and using paid or organic social insights to inform content strategy.

You’ll love working at Stitch Fix  because you will…

  • Fuse human creativity and styling expertise to redefine personalized retail.
  • Set a high bar for our craft and drive measurable impact across fashion, tech, and data science.
  • Actively leverage AI and modern tech to evolve how work gets done.
  • Lead with innovation, think boldly, and aren't afraid to challenge conventional retail norms.
  • Win together in a collaborative, low-ego environment where diverse perspectives are celebrated.
