Sr. Tech Lead (Laravel/React)

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Sr. Technical Lead (Full Stack) to lead our engineering team and drive development across our web applications built using Laravel, PHP, React.js, and all running on AWS infrastructure.This role demands both technical leadership and active coding, with a strong emphasis on scalability, security, and cloud-native architecture. You will play a key role in shaping our technical direction, ensuring code quality, and mentoring the development team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development and system architecture.
• Hands-on coding expertise of the following:  PHP, React.js.
• Strong experience with AWS: infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
• Deep understanding of scalable architecture, RESTful APIs, and system integration.
• Strong grasp of application security principles (OWASP, IAM, secure coding, etc.).
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Solid experience with version control systems (Git) and automated testing.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
