UX Designer

About the Role:

We're seeking a UX Designer to help design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces across our web applications. You’ll work closely with developers and product owners to improve the usability and design of our PHP and React-based applications built on Laravel and hosted on AWS.

This role bridges the gap between design and development, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute both creatively and technically.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering or Technology related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in UX Design (preferably with a product company).
• A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for enterprise software or self-serve web-platforms.
• Strong in designing prototypes, wireframes, mockups, workflows, and interactive illustrations in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in working on complex web products like enterprise software or self-serve web-platforms.
• A strongly strategic and creative approach and an ability to turn ideas into richly functional and visually slick prototypes.
• Successful track record in working across organizational boundaries and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team and fulfil all the design requirements following the design process.
• Partner with Team-leads, Product Managers, Business Team, Engineering Team and Design Team to drive features from research to implementation and roadmap capabilities for UX features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design improvements.
• Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy.
• Bridge business stakeholders, the customer, and the product experience by building consensus across organizational boundaries.
• Perform regular audits on existing platform features and upcoming releasing features to find scope of improvements.
• Facilitate and implement UX design.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Help ensure a consistent and polished user experience across devices and platforms.
