What you'll do:
  • Support new store launches in France, helping coordinate with franchise and store partners to ensure smooth openings, proper training, and operational readiness.
  • Track store performance and support revenue growth by monitoring trends, helping optimize costs, and flagging risks early.
  • Monitor OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) deliveries, support inventory tracking, and help resolve day-to-day operational issues with logistics teams.
  • Help apply and roll out playbooks and best practices across stores, contributing ideas to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Track NPS and customer feedback, support store staff with ongoing training needs, and help implement improvements.
  • Support store audits, assist with mystery shopping programs, and help maintain accurate reporting on sales, marketing performance, and inventory.
