Job Type Full-time Description

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking highly qualified Online Master's Degree Program (OLMP) Instructors and Facilitators to support Air Force Global College's accredited Online Master's Degree Program. This position supports graduate-level instruction for military officers pursuing advanced academic and professional military education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate eight-week graduate-level online seminars within the Online Master's Degree Program (OLMP).
  • Provide instruction in areas including Leadership, Joint Warfare, Operational Warfare, Airpower Studies, International Security Studies, and related courses. 
  • Lead online discussions and foster critical thinking regarding operational-level warfare, leadership, and national security issues. 
  • Evaluate discussion participation, essays, examinations, and research assignments. 
  • Provide detailed, graduate-level feedback using established grading standards and rubrics. 
  • Facilitate both asynchronous and synchronous instructional activities. 
  • Support curriculum improvement and course enhancement initiatives. 
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements, academic standards, and Air University instructional policies
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required; Doctorate preferred in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated graduate-level teaching experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in national security, military studies, leadership, international affairs, airpower, strategy, or related fields.
  • Experience delivering online graduate instruction.
  • Strong academic writing, assessment, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage adult learners in advanced academic discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior Air University, Command and Staff College, War College, or PME instructional experience.
  • Experience teaching within accredited graduate programs.
  • Military service or extensive experience supporting military education.
  • Knowledge of Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) requirements and Air Force educational programs.
