About the Role:
The Enrollment Advisor is the single named person a family talks to from the moment they sign up until their student is fully enrolled and funded. You own a book of families in an assigned state territory and you carry them all the way through.
Responsibilities:
Make first contact within minutes of a family signing up, not days
Run a structured 45 day enrollment cadence across phone, text, and email on every family in your book, start to finish
Drive enrollment task completion (proof of residency, immunizations, birth certificate, SPED documentation, and state specific requirements) within 30 days of signup
Host live 1:1 walkthroughs and state specific information sessions for families who are stuck
Diagnose why a family has stalled and remove the specific blocker, rather than sending another reminder
Monitor your territory for families who have submitted everything and are waiting on OpenEd, and escalate aging before it costs a start date
Maintain accurate pipeline and disposition data in HubSpot, including a documented reason on every family who does not complete
Build and hold deep working knowledge of your states' program rules, funding amounts, and enrollment deadlines
Feed what you hear from families back into the cadence, the content, and the proces
Your Immediate Impact:
In your first 90 days you will take ownership of a live book of families, many of them mid-process with real state deadlines in front of them. This is not a role you ramp into quietly. The families in your territory are waiting on someone right now, and you will be that person by week two.
You will also help build the function itself. The enrollment advisor cadence, the state playbooks, and the territory model are all being built as we hire. What you learn on the phone in month one shapes what the team runs in month six.
Success Metrics:
Speed to first contact on new family signups
Enrollment task completion rate within your book
Days from signup to fully enrolled
Cadence completion, measured as every family worked all the way through, not partially
Aging in your territory's approval queue
Data quality and disposition accuracy in HubSpot
Who You Are:
1 year + in a phone-forward role carrying a number: inside sales, admissions, SDR, or enrollment
Comfortable dialing families who did not expect the call, every day, without needing to be told
A clear, brief writer in text and email. One ask per message, no fluff
You run a CRM as a discipline, not a chore. If it is not logged, it did not happen
You handle seasonal volume spikes without dropping process
You take feedback as information, not as a verdict
You care that a family gets across the line, not that you sent the follow up
This Role Will Excite You IF:
You are hungry. You do not wait to be assigned work. You find the gap and close it, and you are already looking at the next one before anyone asks
You are humble. You share credit, you own the miss, and you take coaching as information you can use. Confidence and humility are not in tension for you
You are smart with people. You read a parent's hesitation before they say it out loud, and you adjust
You take extreme ownership. When something falls through, your first question is what you missed. Not the queue, not the process, not the parent
You care about this. You believe parents should be the ones deciding how their kids learn, and you want to spend your day making that possible
You finish. The follow up that nobody would notice you skipped is the one you make anyway
Team & Autonomy:
You are joining the Enrollment team at the ground floor. This function is being built now, which means you will have real input on cadence, territory design, and how we work with Processing and Marketing. You will own your states end to end
Reporting Line:
Manager of Enrollment Advisors- Dalton Hensley
Company Benefits:
Competitive salary and 401k plan + company matching opportunities.
Comprehensive Health Benefits: Health insurance package including medical, dental, vision, life, critical illness, accident, STD/LTD, HSA, and FSA with dependent care.
Flexible Work Arrangement: We’re a fully remote workforce that emphasizes a healthy
work-life balance by allowing some autonomy in work hours.
Generous Paid Time Off policy, enabling you to recharge, spend quality time with loved ones, and pursue personal interests outside of work.
Supportive Team Environment: Join a supportive and collaborative team environment where your contributions are valued, and teamwork is encouraged, fostering a culture of success and mutual respect.
