  • Technical Workstream Leadership: Own technical delivery plans and oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization of secure, high-performing Workday integrations.
  • Advanced Development: Design and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and, where applicable, Workday Extend.
  • Data Pipeline Design: Design scalable technical pipelines to ingest and distribute data across upstream and downstream platforms, including high-volume operational and accounting data.
  • Enterprise Ecosystem Integration: Design solutions connecting Workday with treasury management systems, investment accounting and subledger platforms, payroll providers, banking platforms, data warehouses, reporting and analytics tools, and other enterprise applications.
  • Technical Governance: Establish standards for error handling, reconciliation, XSLT/XML transformation logic, integration security, authentication, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Client & CTO Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with client project teams, CTO organizations, enterprise architects, security teams, and third-party vendors. Communicate architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, architecture diagrams, data mappings, security requirements, deployment plans, and support documentation.
