What We Are Looking For

The Organizational Change Manager is responsible for leading Corelation's Tiger Team initiatives focused on innovation, operational excellence, scalability, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as a strategic partner to Senior leadership, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive organizational alignment, and ensure successful adoption of business and process transformation initiatives.

As Corelation continues to grow, scale conversion capacity, implement new technologies, enhance operational processes, and adapt to evolving client needs, this role will establish and lead a structured Organizational Change Management framework designed to drive sustainable improvements while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

The role will facilitate high-impact initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, and support the successful implementation of strategic priorities. This role combines change leadership, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and organizational development to enable long-term business success.

Requirements
  • Lead Corelation's Tiger Team initiatives, facilitating cross-functional efforts that improve efficiency, scalability, quality, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic improvement opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and alignment sessions involving leaders and subject matter experts to ensure shared understanding of business priorities and successful execution.
  • Develop business cases, implementation strategies, and governance processes for evaluating, prioritizing, measuring, and sustaining improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder impact analyses, and risk assessments, while developing mitigation strategies to address resistance and adoption challenges.
  • Monitor change adoption and organizational engagement, proactively addressing areas requiring additional support.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators, adoption metrics, and business outcomes for organizational change initiatives.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive improvements that enhance Corelation's ability to deliver exceptional client experiences. 
  • Coach leaders and managers on effectively leading teams through change and transformation.  
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting that demonstrate business outcomes and adoption progress. 

Why You Are The Perfect Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading organizational change, process improvement, operational excellence, project management, or business transformation initiatives. 
  • Minimum 4 years of direct Corelation conversion implementation experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Products 
  • Experience within software development, financial technology (FinTech), credit union, consulting, or professional services environments.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational adoption. 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable implementation plans.
  • Possess excellent critical thinking skills and effective decision making which drive the success of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure the right level of information is correctly and timely conveyed within the organization (formal, informal, verbal or written, vertical or horizontal) to facilitate collaboration, minimize conflicts, and resolve issues quickly
  • Demonstrates complex problem solving and develops comprehensive resolutions and / or establish contingencies
  • Possesses strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates robust project management and organizational skills
  • Planning proficiency in formulating a set of actions and strategies which achieve the goals and objectives with the available resources
  • Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
