Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist)

Location: Remote (Australian time zone)

Rate: 35,000/month

Hours: 30 hours per week

We focus on high-end aesthetics, brand storytelling, and social media engagement to help our clients grow their digital presence. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with content creation, social media management, and lead generation.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who has experience working with luxury brands and can effectively manage social media engagement, content creation, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and have a deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Create visually appealing and brand-aligned social media content, including graphics, captions, and reels.
  • Manage social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Conduct lead generation activities following a structured process, including prospect research and outreach.
  • Monitor social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
