We're Hiring: Expert Level PPC & SEO Specialist (Lead Gen Focus Local Business)

Remote | Results-Based | Flexible Hours
Rate: 10$/Hour (Based on Proposal)

Are you a performance-driven PPC and SEO expert with a track record of cutting CPA and boosting high-quality local leads?

Gentask Virtual Assistance Services is looking for a PPC & SEO Specialist to optimize and scale lead generation campaigns for a fast-growing local service-based business. This role is laser-focused on results, with clear KPIs, high accountability, and strategic freedom.

Your Mission:

  • Reduce CPA from $35 - $40 to $20 - $22
  • Rebuild/optimize Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns
  • Drive qualified leads within a 1520km radius
  • Boost organic visibility and local SEO rankings

️Responsibilities:

PPC Campaign Management

  • Audit & optimize current PMax campaigns
  • Implement local targeting, ad scheduling & tracking
  • A/B test creatives & keywords
  • Daily monitoring to achieve CPA & lead goals

Local SEO Optimization

  • Conduct SEO audit & competitive analysis
  • Optimize on-page, GMB profile, metadata, and content
  • Build local backlinks & citations
  • Suggest blog topics & on-page content strategies

Client Collaboration & Reporting

  • Share daily campaign updates (CPA, leads, spend)
  • Lead weekly calls with client & Gentask
  • Report results with clear insights & next steps

You Might Be the One If You Have:

  • Proven success generating leads for service-based businesses
  • Deep knowledge of CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other marketing KPIs

  • Case studies or work samples that prove your results
