Job Role: Nuvolo ServiceNow Architect

Location: Milpitas, CA (Remote)

Rate: $50/hr on W2

Customer Expectation : Ideally, require a Nuvolo-certified architect with deep ServiceNow platform expertise , upgrade experience, AutoCAD/Corrigo integration knowledge, and experience assessing heavily customized Nuvolo implementations.

Nuvolo Key Issues

Platform & Upgrade

• Unsupported Nuvolo version requiring mandatory upgrade.
• Upgrade to 2026R1 is delayed and has unresolved QA/testing issues.
• Production, QA, and DEV environments are not fully aligned.

Performance & Stability

• Historical stability and performance problems.
• Long-running custom business rules impacting scalability.
• Large AutoCAD imports can significantly impact processing times.

Data Quality & Reporting

• Incorrect chargeback report calculations.
• Cost center allocation/reporting inaccuracies.

Customization & Technical Debt

• Heavy customizations with limited documentation.
• Custom code requires assessment for supportability and performance.

Integrations

• AutoCAD integration defects.
• CAD plugin issues requiring vendor fixes.
• Corrigo and reporting integrations require review.
