Job description

We are looking for a Clinical Specialist who is eager to take ownership, provide clinical support, enhance the customer experience, and elevate our ScreenPoint brand. This is a new and remote role in our growing team in the USA and Canada, offering the opportunity to shape the strength of our clinical claims.


You will be part of a highly motivated and collaborative group of professionals with experience in breast imaging, machine learning, algorithm development and clinical research. You will have the fortunate opportunity to work with various departments including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Innovation, and Product Management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams with clinical expertise, customer presentations, and Transpara demonstrations.
  • Provide clinical and training support for USA and Canadian research initiatives (i.e. PRISM trial, evaluation, research projects).
  • Drive clinical adoption and customer engagement.
  • Manage and track the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program for the USA and Canada.
  • Develop and deliver clinical training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Lead Transpara onboarding and certification training programs for employees and partners.
  • Curate and organize clinical cases and materials for training, marketing, and conferences.
  • Coordinate Transpara workshops (live and online). Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create webinars and educational content.
  • Share customer insights with Engineering, Innovation, and Product Management teams.
  • Address and support clinical customer feedback and complaints.

Job requirements

Knowledge and experience both clinical and technical in the field of medical imaging is vital. The ability to gain deep understanding of Transpara and to be able to communicate and train different personas and stakeholders via workshops, exhibition demonstrations, and webinars is essential. You are a driven and flexible person who enjoys the freedom of shaping your role within the team and the company. Furthermore, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field.
  • Clinical and technical experience with medical imaging or AI software.
  • Mammography technology and/or breast imaging AI experience.
  • Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in training and education programs.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with script programming
