Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and ambitious sales professional to drive growth in the Central United States region through direct sales and channel partners. As a Sales Director, you will sell our Transpara breast imaging AI product portfolio to clinicians (radiologists/breast imaging), IT representatives, AI committees, and C-suite leadership. This role requires building the market, so developing and executing a strategic sales plan will be key.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales objectives in the assigned sales geography.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to executing net new and renewals contracts.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams (direct and channel partners) to drive sales.
  • Execute strategies to create and drive market presence and foster growth.
  • Drive business growth with an ownership mindset.  Develop pipeline and maintain strong funnel health.
  • Establish ScreenPoint as a leading player within the industry.
  • Proactively use AI tools to improve prospecting, account research, sales preparation, pipeline management, and follow-up, while continuously identifying opportunities to make the sales process more effective and scalable.


Job requirements
You are self-motivated with high energy, enthusiasm, and initiative. You are a self-starter and team player with a competitive thirst to win. Moreover, you possess the ability to hunt, organize, manage multiple priorities, problem solve, analyze, and resolve at both a strategic and tactical level. You have a strong customer orientation, trusted relationships, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate with diverse individuals. You know how to accelerate and shorten the sales cycle.


Furthermore, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the healthcare technology, SaaS, medical devices, or radiology space.
  • Understanding of or experience with selling AI or mammography solutions.
  • Experience in:
    • prospecting sales leads in niche segments with a high conversation-to-close rate.
    • value-based, outcome-driven solution sales.
    • building and managing customer and channel partner relationships.
    • managing sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders and processes in a consultative sales environment.
    • ability to simplify and articulate complex clinical and technical concepts to diverse personas
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication (verbal/writing), and interpersonal skills.
  • An AI-positive mindset, with the ability to use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, and the quality of day-to-day sales activities.
  • Ability to travel somewhat frequently (on occasion several nights per week) throughout your sales region.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Established relationships with key decision-makers in radiology service lines, IT leadership, and healthcare networks.
  • Experience working in a start-up, scale-up, or fast-paced environment requiring cross-functional collaborations.
