Role Overview:

The Content Strategy Lead will support and execute content strategies for a portfolio of brands within the Beauty, Wellness, and CPG categories. This person will own day-to-day creative planning and content development across marketplace surfaces—Amazon PDPs, A+ modules, Brand Stores, image assets, and ad creative—ensuring consistency, performance alignment, and brand storytelling excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, performance-minded, and fluent in marketplace best practices. The Content Strategy Lead will collaborate closely with Design, SEO, Performance Marketing, Insights, and Brand Strategy teams to produce content that is both visually compelling and optimized for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end content strategy and execution for 7–10 marketplace accounts across Beauty, Wellness, and CPG.

  • Develop and maintain content roadmaps that align with client objectives, seasonal priorities, and platform updates.

  • Lead creative strategy for Amazon PDPs, A+ content, Brand Stores, Bundles, and Ad Creatives (SBAs, SBVs, DSP) in partnership with Design.

  • Translate brand strategy, insights, and keyword opportunities into actionable creative briefs and recommendations.

  • Ensure all creative follows marketplace best practices and brand guidelines.

  • Implement updates informed by SEO insights, customer reviews, and competitor analysis.

Optimization & Performance

  • Conduct content audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization.

  • Assist in planning and executing A/B or multivariate tests to understand the impact of different content elements.

  • Use tools such as Helium10, DataDive, Intellivy, PickFu, etc., to support data-driven creative decisions.

  • Track performance metrics (CTR, CVR, traffic, keyword rank) and surface insights to senior content leads.

  • Contribute to client presentations with summaries of creative performance and test learnings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, SEO and Brand Strategy to ensure cohesive storytelling across ads, PDPs, and brand stores.

  • Collaborate with the Design team to align on project timelines, deliverables, and workflows.

  • Share emerging category trends and platform updates with peers to elevate the overall quality and innovation of the team’s output.

Requirements

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with comfort presenting internally or to clients.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 + bonus
