Job description

Mission – Why we exist, what we do, and why we need you

SpotMe is a leading B2B event platform that helps enterprises increase the impact of their events by delivering CRM-connected, high-quality experiences across in-person, virtual, hybrid events, and webinars. With a strong focus on life sciences, SpotMe powers Onomi: the Live HCP Engagement Platform: that enables medical and commercial teams to run impactful congresses, symposia, advisory boards, and webinars. Together, SpotMe and Onomi turn live events into a company’s most effective engagement channel.

At SpotMe/Onomi, the Solution Architect reports to the Solutions Director and ensures seamless integration of SpotMe/Onomi within large enterprise ecosystems. Acting as both a customer-facing presales engineer and a post-sales integration leader, this role bridges business needs and technical execution. By advising on architecture, designing integration flows, and supporting implementation, the Solution Architect enables customers to maximize value from Onomi while driving continuous feedback into Product and Engineering.

This role is the ideal challenge for an experienced Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Integration Consultant in life sciences technology (SaaS) who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to be the technical bridge between global life sciences enterprises and the Onomi platform reshaping how they engage with physicians.

Role breakdown

  • Partner with Sales to position Onomi’s capabilities, validate technical feasibility with customers, deliver technical presentations, and support RFP responses.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to capture requirements, identify integration touchpoints, and translate them into high-level architectures.
  • Build trust with enterprise stakeholders by articulating the value, feasibility, and compliance of proposed solutions.

  • Produce detailed solution architecture documents, covering data flows, integration methods - APIs 2.0, SSO, internal connectors (Salesforce, Veeva apps etc…) and deliver iPaaS custom integrations setup - taking into account industry specific  considerations.
  • Work alongside the Program Manager in delivering new and innovative solutions to customers in a data centric environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams building Product integration features to completion
  • Ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements through close collaboration with SpotMe Program Managers, customers and partners with a diverse range of stakeholder responsibilities (IT, Business, Compliance etc…).

20% Post-integration support & product feedback

  • Act as escalation point for complex integration issues, working with engineering to resolve within SLA.
  • Capture lessons learned from enterprise projects and feed structured insights back to Product for roadmap prioritization.
  • Contribute to process improvements, templates, and best practices that raise integration quality and reduce recurring issues.
