Job description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-minded Call Center Care Specialist Tier 1 to join our remote team and support customers during either day or night shifts. In this role, you will be one of the first people our customers connect with, so your ability to create a calm, helpful, and positive experience on every interaction will make a real difference. You will assist customers by answering incoming calls, responding to basic questions, documenting concerns, and guiding people toward the right solutions using established processes and support tools. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can remain patient and professional even during challenging conversations. As a Tier 1 specialist, you will handle routine inquiries, troubleshoot common issues, escalate more complex situations when needed, and ensure that each customer feels heard and supported. Because this is a remote role, you should be comfortable working independently, managing your time responsibly, and maintaining focus while collaborating virtually with supervisors and teammates. We value people who bring empathy, reliability, and a strong willingness to learn, and we provide training to help you build confidence in our systems, policies, and customer care standards. Whether you prefer day or night hours, this opportunity offers the flexibility to contribute from home while being part of a team that believes great service starts with kindness, consistency, and attention to detail. If you are someone who takes pride in solving problems, following through on commitments, and turning everyday customer interactions into positive experiences, we would love to hear from you.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance standards while working remotely

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
