Your Day:

You will be busy investigating and resolving troubled and/or denied workers' compensation claims. This will require a high volume of outbound calls to patient employers, insurance company representatives, attorneys and patients. Once confirmed, you will submit the bills and proper documentation to the insurance company, or the appropriate payer, ensuring maximized payments to our clients (medical providers). If the bills aren't paid correctly, you will review the information/documentation provided by the payer in order to determine what to do next.
