Talent Source is a recruiting and sourcing service for independently owned offices that are registered with Raymond James.

The Recruiter is a member of the Talent Source recruiting team. The Recruiter is experienced in sourcing strategies, recruiting practices, client consulting, and pipeline management.

The Recruiter demonstrates a high level of ethical behavior, personal integrity, and learning agility. They have a “service first” and pro-active communication style with colleagues and clients while building effective relationships within and across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the requirements of a job and create job descriptions that are reflective of client needs

  • Attract candidates by using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other available sourcing tools.

  • Source, attract, screen, and submit applicants to clients.

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.

  • Respond to more advanced issues or escalations promptly and appropriately; escalate to managerial channels as needed

  • Conduct initial scoping and subsequent follow-up meetings with clients.

  • Update ATS and CRM systems in a timely manner.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Express ideas, request actions, and formulate strategies by means of clear and effective verbal communication.

  • Attract and deliver candidates that fulfill the short- and long-term needs of the client.

  • Pipeline management

  • Experience with client relationship management and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

  • Create positive client interactions by leaving the client feeling understood, appreciated, and confident.

  • Use data and market tools to inform conversations with clients and candidates.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages, and may include components such as additional compensation (cash or equity), discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
