Role Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to execute high-quality visual design across web, digital, print, social media, and campaigns under art direction. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, has a strong portfolio, delivers high-quality design, and has a solid understanding of design principles. Fintech experience and motion/AI/3D tools are a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Create design deliverables for digital, print, social media, and campaign assets following established brand guidelines
2. Execute visual concepts across web, presentations, print, and marketing materials
3. Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with the team to ensure high-quality print output
4. Support art direction by translating strategic briefs into polished, production-ready designs
5. Collaborate with internal teams (design, brand, marketing) and external partners to deliver on-brand work
6. Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all design output
7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with high-quality execution
8. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset libraries

Requirements:

1. Portfolio showcasing strong digital, marketing, and brand design work
2. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with motion, AI, and 3D tools is a plus
3. Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy
4. Experience executing brand guidelines and digital design workflows
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
6. Ability to prioritize, collaborate, and work independently on assigned tasks
7. Understanding of web design principles; basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus
8. Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus

Compensation: $3,500 based on Experience
