Location: Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Bedfordshire

Pay: from £712 per week 

Short & Long Term placements available from 1-6 weeks

At A Class Care we are an award-winning Care provider, and we exist to help family members seek support for a loved one in their own home. We have over 20 years’ experience of providing care and assistance to vulnerable adults and elderly clients.

We are looking to recruit experienced, caring, and passionate Live in Care Workers to join our dedicated team. We pride ourselves on delivering first class care to our clients and offer in depth and bespoke training packages to our Live in Care Workers.

Making sure we have the right Live in Care Worker for our clients is extremely important to us and ensuring that our carers feel happy and comfortable with the different types of care that they will be providing.

As a  live-in care worker with A Class Care, you can benefit from:

Your day-to-day duties would include:

  • Supporting and assisting with all personal care needs
  • Listening and providing companionship to our clients
  • Observing and reporting any changes in the health of the clients
  • Help with food and drink
  • Responding to emergency situations
  • Prompting and administering of medication
  • Accompanying and transporting clients to appointments and/or social events
  • Providing client support with hobbies and other activities

  • Understanding of Person-Centred Care and MCA/Dols
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on update service is desirable
  • Must be able to pass enhanced DBS
